The setup fee
The implementation begins with a one-time €500 setup fee. This covers the scoping call, full configuration of your initial workflows, all integrations, the review session, and go-live. There is no hourly rate and no variable component. The fee is the same whether you are running one workflow or four.
Monthly plans
After go-live, the monthly plan covers the managed agent — monitoring, approval handling, workflow updates, and integration maintenance.

The monthly plan is not a software subscription. It is the cost of a managed agent running on your behalf — including monitoring, workflow updates, and integration maintenance as your business changes.
All plans include approval handling via Slack, access to the ClawBuilt team for workflow changes, and ongoing monitoring of agent behaviour.
What moves the needle

How pricing is confirmed
The scoping call is where the tier is determined. ClawBuilt reviews what you want the agent to do, maps it to a plan, and sends a written proposal before any work begins.
The number is fixed before you commit. No mid-project surprises.
If your needs grow after go-live — adding a workflow, connecting a new tool — ClawBuilt handles plan changes on a cycle, not mid-month. The proposal process repeats: new scope, new number, your approval before anything moves.
