How it works
How ClawBuilt works
We deploy OpenClaw, launch the first workflows, and keep the setup reliable after go-live.
Discovery call
One call — no pitch. We agree on the first use case, which tools to connect, and which channel (Slack or email) you'll use to work with the agent. By the end, we have a clear scope.
Implementation
We deploy OpenClaw, set up Google Workspace and email, connect the agreed tools, and configure approval flows in code. You install nothing, configure nothing — we handle it end to end.
First workflows live
The first real use case goes live. Not in a demo environment — on your actual data, with your tools, over your channel. Every external action waits for your sign-off before it runs.
Ongoing support
After launch, we keep the system reliable: updates, monitoring, troubleshooting, and small workflow changes are included in the monthly fee. Larger new workflows are scoped separately.
Control
You stay in control.
Approval-first
Every external action — sending an email, writing a document, making an API call — stops and waits for your sign-off in the channel. Nothing runs without your OK.
Full activity log
Every action OpenClaw takes or prepares is logged. You always see what happened and when.
Scoped access
OpenClaw only touches the tools and accounts agreed for the specific workflow. No broader access than needed.
Integrations
What we typically connect.
Channel: Slack is recommended. Email also works. We configure whichever fits your team.
Book a discovery call
One call to agree on the first use case, tools, and channel. Then we handle the implementation.
